The big move

Cleaning, running errands, and making a million phone calls...that's what life was like our last month in Germany. Glad that part is over!! I had stressed the cleaning part of our home for months. I heard horror stories of people not getting their security deposit back because Germans are notorious neat freaks. So I cleaned and cleaned for days! Our Landlord came in and simply checked the fridge to make sure it was clean and handed us our deposit back along with 50 euro to buy the boys a gift from her.. AMAZING!! It was a huge blessing but when you clean for hours on end you'd at least like them to look at all the hard work! LOL

The next pictures are of what the boys did when we had nothing in our home! Movers came June 1 and for 20 days we basically lived with nothing. You'd be amazed that life can be pretty happy with nothing. The beds though were like sleeping on rock. ugh!

This is what my kids did when there was nothing to play with!
